The house has been renovated to provide 3 bedrooms, sleeping 8 people, 2 bathrooms, a large lounge with fireplace and dining area, along with a kitchen and a utility room.

The ground floor, ceramic tiled throughout, has a dining area, with a large table extending to seat 8 - 10 with ample crockery, tableware and cutlery should you wish to eat at home or have a BBQ.

The lounge area has comfy seating for 8-10 with 2 armchairs and 3 settees and has both electric radiators and a wood-burning stove. There is a TV, DVD player and a good selection of books.

A separate kitchen overlooks the long back garden, the canal lock and Chateau du Josselin. It has a back door to the garden and is equipped with gas cooker and fridge, microwave, sink, kettle, coffee maker and usual utensils. The dishwasher and washing machine are in the utility room.

The first floor, with original wooden floors throughout, has 2 large bedrooms, one double bedded, the other sleeping 4, with 2 single beds and a set of bunk beds. The bathroom has a bath, a shower, a washbasin and WC.

The Master Bedroom and a second bathroom/shower room is on the second floor. This bedroom has original beam work, wooden floors and spectacular views of the chateau and the Nantes/Brest and the bathroom has a built in shower unit, washbasin and WC.
