Linen
Bed linen can be provided for an additional charge of £7 for a double bed and £5 for a single bed.
Towels are not provided.

Notes
- A booking is not confirmed until the deposit of 25% (or payment in full) has been received, along with a completed reservation form.
- A refundable security deposit of £100 is payable with the balance.
- The rental period begins at 3pm on the first day and finishes at 10am on the last day.
- The maximum number to reside in the Property must not exceed the number on the reservation documents unless the Owner has given prior permission.
- The Client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the Property and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period. The Owner reserves the right to retain some / all of the security deposit to cover additional cleaning costs if the Client leaves the Property in an unacceptable condition.
- The Client also agrees not to act in any way that would cause disturbance to any residents in any neighbouring properties.
- The Client shall report to the Owner without delay any defects in the Property or breakdown in equipment, plant, machinery or appliances in the Property to make arrangements with the caretaker for repair and/or replacement.
